⭐ Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to design and implement Configure, Price & Quote (CPQ) solutions
• Define CPQ strategy, standards, and best practices across enterprise platforms
• Lead integrations between CPQ, CRM, and ERP systems
• Configure advanced pricing models, workflows, templates, and automation
• Ensure scalable and optimized implementations across sales and service processes
• Develop end-to-end implementation plans including design, testing, deployment, and post-release support
• Conduct system audits and ensure data integrity and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, vendors, and stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
• Create technical documentation and provide training to internal teams
🔥 Required Skills
✅ Strong experience with SAP CPQ
✅ Experience integrating SAP CPQ with Salesforce via API connectors
✅ Expertise in CPQ architecture, pricing logic, workflows, and templates
✅ Experience with system integration patterns, APIs (REST / SOAP), and middleware
✅ Strong knowledge of enterprise security (SSO, OAuth, SAML)
✅ Experience working with CRM and ERP platforms
✅ Ability to align business requirements with scalable IT solutions
🎓 Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• 10+ years of CPQ architecture and implementation experience
• Experience working across enterprise integrations and complex system environments
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
✔ Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification
✔ SAP or Oracle Implementation Certification
✔ Master Data Management experience
